Our standard MOQ is 500 kg per SKU for established formulations from our standard product range. For fully custom ODM formulations with proprietary recipes, the MOQ is 1,000 kg per SKU to cover the additional tooling and QA costs associated with co-development. For high-volume clients ordering multiple SKUs, we are often able to negotiate blended MOQ arrangements — please discuss your volume profile with our sales team.

Yes — private-label packaging is a core component of our ODM offering. Our in-house design team can produce print-ready packaging artwork in your brand identity, or work from files provided by your agency. We support multi-language labelling for English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese markets, and ensure all nutritional panels, allergen declarations, and regulatory text meet the destination country's food labelling requirements. Packaging tooling fees apply for custom die-cuts and are quoted separately.

Richwood currently ships to 30+ countries across Asia-Pacific, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. Our primary export markets include the United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. For each destination, we prepare the required phytosanitary certificates, country-of-origin documentation, and commercial invoices, and can advise on import permit requirements specific to your market. Cold-chain logistics are arranged through our preferred freight partners with direct reefer container services from Taichung Port.
